It's a festive treat to pop into Shrewsbury Market Hall at Christmas time - here's your guide to market events and late night shopping all under one roof!

Shrewsbury Market Hall is putting the sparkle into Christmas with everything from delicious food and drink and gifts for all the family to handcrafted decorations and even real Christmas trees. 

There’ll be late night festive shopping Winter Warmers too - the first of these event has been rescheduled for December 13th to coincide with the night of Carols In The Square. A selection of gift and lifestyle stalls will be open late and a number of bars and eateries will open up to 9pm.

Shoppers, who buy from one of the market’s retailers between 5pm and 7pm on the night, will receive a voucher for a complimentary mince pie and a glass of mulled wine (while stocks last), courtesy of the Shrewsbury Food Hub.

Other treats will be available too in exchange for a donation. The Shrewsbury Food Hub has teamed up with legendary slow food chef The Hungry Guy who will be cooking up some culinary delights.

The market hall’s last Saturday Late Night of the year will take place on December 2. Bars will be open until 10pm, eateries open up to 9pm and a small selection of retail stalls will be open up to 7/8pm.

Order your Christmas turkey, goose, beef, venison, salmon and seafood platters for the big day. The market’s butchers and fishmonger, Cornall’s, are currently taking advance orders.

Visit natural wine seller for quality wines and festive fizz and Gindifferent for artisan gins with a seasonal twist, including their own raved about Shrewsbury Gin. JP Fruits greengrocer will be selling fresh Christmas trees from late November with free local delivery.

Explore dozens of independent stalls.
