New Theme Announced for Belle Vue Arts Festival
01 Feb 2022

The team behind Belle Vue Arts Festival 2022 are busy planning their festive fortnight with a theme this year of ‘Journeys’

The Belle Vue Arts Festival will return this summer from June 11 to June 26 with a new theme of 'Journeys'.

Look out for the organising team at the Coleham Primary School annual Plant and Craft Fair on 30 April where they’ll be offering a craft workshop, selling plants and handing out leaflets about all the fun events they have planned for all ages.

The festival will run from Saturday 11 June through to 26 June, so look out for the knitted bunting along Greyfriars Bridge which will lead you to the first event ‘Let’s Celebrate’ which includes live music, activities and stalls, all with a ‘journey’ theme.

Competitions play a big part in the festival, ranging from art for local artists, photography with the Shropshire Photographic Society and an Instagram competition for anyone who wants to take a themed picture on their phone #bellevuejourneys

And no Belle Vue arts festival would be complete without the Art Exhibition, Poetry Evening, Open Gardens and Scarecrow Trail.

The programme is still being developed, so keep checking their website for more details at bellevueartsfestival.co.uk
